Coconut Fiber Balers

Recycling fibers - particularly natural fibers - is big business these days. That’s because natural fibers are everywhere. Cotton and wool are the most common – you’ll see these used everywhere from clothing to sheets. But other natural fibers are quite common as well – coconut fiber (aka coir) is made from.

It’s always great when you can recycle existing products into something new, but it’s even better when you can use ‘waste’ from a sustainable natural product, such as Coconut, Palm and Abaca fiber.

Coir, made from fiber of the husks of coconuts, is possibly the oldest natural plant product still in use (it dates back centuries.) It’s popular because it has naturally high resistance to wear and tear, making it very valuable in making flooring, mats, and rope. Palm fiber is used in stuffing for furniture, rope, baskets, etc. These are tough, resilient fibers, and can be broken down and reused.

Baling these fibers is a challenge, because while they are strong, they are also quite light and need to be compressed in a fashion that takes into account the “airiness” of the fiber (many times, the lighter the material, the harder it is to bale and bag). Our heavy duty baler is perfect for fluffy material like natural fibers. There are several models available, one of which will be ideal for your baling needs. The bale sizes range from 1100*700*400 (mm) to 1100*700*1000 (mm), ensuring that mountains of fiber are made manageable. With an output of 2-5 bales per hour, efficiency is strong as well. And out heavy duty baler carries the Sinobaler “ease of use” characteristic, meaning it’s easy on your labor force as well.

Contact Sinobaler today, and we’ll help you choose a baling machine that will fill all of your recycling needs.

These down stroke, manual tie, and manual feed balers are most valuable for fiber recycling where labor is efficient and affordable. Depending on the efficiency of your operators, our fiber baling presses can help you reach throughput rates of up to 5 fiber bales per hour. Sinobaler's fibrous material baler can deliver a compression ratio of 15:1 and a bale volume of 1100*700*600 mm . You can count on adjustable bale sizing on all models and [...]
