This dovetail groove on platen provides wider strapping channels and saves belting time.

This cover is to be placed on top of the baler for an overall compact look, by concealing the electrical motor and hydraulic system. This is applicable to vertical balers.

The elevated platform for texile baler ensures that the operator can wrap and belt the bales in his standing position – This decreases back injuries that could result from long hours of bending. This is applicable for textile baler SVBT2-L1 and SVBT2-F1 series.
Baked painting provides dust-free, shining and smooth surface finish, as well as rugged protective coat.
This option is only applicable in small machines with compressing chamber size no larger than 800* 600mm.
The steel square tube is used in bearing positions including upright post, ribs and feet of the baler, ensuring a stronger structural frame than the standard steel channels.

The connecting bar ejector is an energy-efficient design as it can automatically eject the bale out of chamber when the platen moves upward. There is no need for the operator to hang the chains at the back of the Baling Machine before ejection.
U-shape ram guiding panels with wear plates have a wider contact area than the normal ram guide with rollers. It has a more effective guiding of the platen and ensures stable movement.

The split hydraulic system is placed on the ground instead of on the top of the baler. It is easier for cleaning and maintenance.
The split design requires larger ground space than the standard model.

The additional side cover for the split oil tank offers a quick access for cleaning and maintenance of the oil tank. There is no need to remove the electric motor and hydraulic system on the oil tank.
