Balers for Cotton Fiber
Fibers of all kinds are used and reused in a wide variety of materials. To give several examples, cotton fibers produce soft, absorbent fabrics and are used in clothing, sheets, and towels. Flax plant fibers are a little stronger, and are used in items like tablecloths, napkins, and handkerchiefs.
However, there are stronger fibers that are used in heavier duty production. Mineral fibers, such as Asbestos and Basalt fibers, can be used in a variety of commercial applications. To give an example, heavy stage curtains are typically made of basalt fibers, and fireproof blankets and acoustic tiles may have asbestos fibers. Asbestos is a tricky substance, however, as it was widely used in construction for decades, but it also has been linked to cancer, making for a difficult situation. In fact, in many buildings worldwide, asbestos must be removed (especially in public areas and schools), and replaced. But the removal also means proper disposal. This is where baling of mineral fibers comes into play.
The best way to properly dispose of asbestos is to crush it and bag it. Sinobaler has several baling machines that perfectly fit the bill. Our horizontal balers (either with a scale or without) are workhorse baling machines capable of handling large-scale baling needs. In fact, with minimal man hours, you can achieve 40-70 bagged bales per hour, at a weight of 3-45 kg per bale. These balers can be fit with a conveyor feeding system, which increases efficiency.
For smaller operations where space is an issue, you can also choose a vertical bagging baler, which will still produce a brisk 30 bagged bales per hour at 20-30 kg each. All of our balers can do the job you need, and are incredibly easy to operate. Balking asbestos and other mineral fibers was never s easy.
Contact Sinobaler today and we’ll help you choose the baler that best meets your needs and your budget.
Vertical balers & bagging machines are ideal for compressing and packaging small, loose materials that would otherwise be a headache to handle and ship. In short, these vertical balers first press the materials into a compact form, and then bag the bales, ensuring easy handling and transportation. Almost any type of loose material can be baled and bagged, making these machines ideal for pet food factories, animal bedding material [...]

One of the main uses for a horizontal baling and bagging machine is the baling of loose materials. Truthfully, when you have waste like sawdust, wood chips, rags, peanut shells, rice hulls, cotton seeds, and similar, disposing of / recycling these materials is difficult. A horizontal bagging baler makes sense, because it can automatically feed, bale, compact, and bag these materials for easy storage / transport / recycling. Some facilities even [...]
