Rice Husk Balers
Rice husk (also called rice hull) is the hard outer covering of grains of rice. It is separated from the brown rice in rice milling, and actually accounts for 20-25% of the grain’s weight. Annually, more than 130 million tons of rice husks are produced worldwide, which is a lot of wasted material.
But is it waste? Truthfully, it is not. In agricultural industry, rice husk can be processed into animal feed, fertilizer, insecticide, and is an excellent growth medium for mushrooms. In the chemical industry, rice husk is the main raw material for ethanol. In the food industry, after processing, rice husk can be turned into sugar. Besides those uses, rice husk also plays a part in the production of gas, boiler fuel, rice husk board, disposable tableware, and cement. So as you can see, it’s quite useful, and any plant producing rice husks will certainly be interested in turning this waste into profit.
However, rice husks are tiny, and not easily stored or carried. The solution is to crush the husk, and then bag it - which is exactly what a baling machine from Sinobaler can do.
Sinobaler has several solutions for baling and bagging rice husk. Our horizontal and vertical balers have optional bagging features, allowing a bag to be attached to the bale output. This option allows the baler to quickly be turned into the ideal “rice husk baler”, while also handling your other baling needs. The bags are filled by the machine, and hand fastened, making them very easy to handle and ship.
Another solution recently presented itself – baling rice husk into a hard “briquette”. Utilizing moisture and heat, Sinobaler’s briquetting baler turns small substances (like rice husks) into a hard, compressed “briquette” that’s easy to handle, and needs no further packaging.
No matter what your baling needs, Sinobaler has the exact baler to satisfy them all. Contact us today, and we’ll help you find the perfect baling solution for your company.
Vertical balers & bagging machines are ideal for compressing and packaging small, loose materials that would otherwise be a headache to handle and ship. In short, these vertical balers first press the materials into a compact form, and then bag the bales, ensuring easy handling and transportation. Almost any type of loose material can be baled and bagged, making these machines ideal for pet food factories, animal bedding material [...]

One of the main uses for a horizontal baling and bagging machine is the baling of loose materials. Truthfully, when you have waste like sawdust, wood chips, rags, peanut shells, rice hulls, cotton seeds, and similar, disposing of / recycling these materials is difficult. A horizontal bagging baler makes sense, because it can automatically feed, bale, compact, and bag these materials for easy storage / transport / recycling. Some facilities even [...]

Our horizontal briquetting balers represent the latest in baling technology, and are the ideal solution to baling specific materials. For example, sawdust, chopped straw, waste material from certain foods (rice husks, peanut shells, etc.) – these materials are difficult to compact and move (you simple cannot “tie” a bale of loose peanut shells.) One solution is to bale and bag them with a horizontal bagging baler. The other solution is to [...]
