Synthetic Fiber Balers
Synthetic fibers have been a boon to the clothing industry. While natural fibers are wonderful, synthetics are less dependent on nature and weather, making production more predictable. Synthetic fibers include nylon, polyester, acrylic, and polyolefin, which dominate the market. In fact, these four fibers account for approximately 98 percent of synthetic fiber production, with polyester alone accounting for around 60 percent of the market.
These fibers are also recyclable, and reusable. In fact, the landfill and incinerator is the last place they should wind up, due to pollution and environmental concerns. But with recycling comes a massive packing and transport issue – an issue that is readily solved by baling synthetic fibers.
Sinobaler has several baling solutions that are ideal for the compressing of synthetic fibers. There are baling machines that can bale polyester (etc.), but also bale a myriad of other materials, and we also have baling machines built specifically for the textile industry. To give an example of the former, our horizontal balers are multi-purpose units, and can be either automatic feed/tie, or manual. But if your needs are more “fluffy material” based, then our heavy duty baler for fluffy material is ideal, and can create bales between 95 and 300 kg in weight, and produces 2-5 bales per hour.
For companies that end up recycling substantial amounts of actual clothing / sheets / etc., our four door opening baler or lifting chamber baler are made specifically for those tasks. Depending on the size bale you are looking for, these machines can produce anywhere from 4-12 bales per hour (utilizing one operator), making them highly efficient workhorses.
