Fully Automatic Horizontal Baler
Fully automatic horizontal baler from Sinobaler with fully automatic compressing, strapping, wire cutting, bale ejecting, and electrical functions controlled by PLC, is used for handling large volume of recyclable material over 1 ton per hour from a 7.5 KW motor running off a 3 phase power supply.
There are various options available to improve the thoughput, such as shorten the cycle time, increase the raw material density, and use conveyor feeding system which will increase the output to 15 bales per hour weighing up to 1,000kg and measuring up to 2000*1100*1100mm bale size. It has a wide feed aperture for large bulk material up to 1600mm x 1100mm to easily fed in.
It is an ideal option for paper/cardboard recycling facilities, carton manufacturers, large printing facilities, fiber bales dealer, textile recycling units and distribution centers.
