The connecting bar ejector is an energy-efficient design as it can automatically ejects the bale out of chamber when the platen moves upward. There is no need for the operator to hang the chains up at the back of the machine before ejection.

U-shape ram guiding panels with wear plates have a wider contact area than the normal ram guide with rollers. It has a more effective guiding of the platen and ensures stable movement.

The split hydraulic system is placed on the ground instead of on the top of the baler. It is easier for cleaning and maintenance.

The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is able to work with other components for more efficient and labor-free operation.

It works with electro connecting manometer for baling indication when the pressure reaches the limits, which ensures the uniformized bale density.

The electro connecting manometer connects with the motor for better protection of the motor and hydraulic system. When the system pressure exceeds the limit, the gauge will automatically stop the motor.

The displacement pump is recommended when a bigger system pressure is required. It also provides automatic regulated flow according to customer’s needs, ensuring a more secure and energy-saving system.

The liquid retention plate is placed at the bottom of the baler to collect all liquid residue left after compression for a cleaner working environment. The liquid can be from containers such as bottles, tins or waste material which contains extra moisture.
