How to maximize your baling results

When using the same balers from Sinobaler, why others make better bales than you or why do other baling machines last longer? Here are some tips to help you maximize the baling capacity and achieve optimal results:

Preparation Work
A maintenance plan is very important. Set up a maintenance plan and strictly follow the schedule. Regular maintenance extends the life-span of your baling machines for years and saves you more costs for repair than you can estimate.
Tip 2

Sufficient training for operators guarantees the safe and efficient operation.

Tip 3
Always keep the area around the baler clean.
Tip 4
Inspect the baling machine before operation. If any oil appears on the machine surface, try to find the cause and fix it accordingly. Contact Sinobaler if necessary.
Cardboard and Paper Baling
To make nicely-shaped cardboard/paper bales, you can put a large sheet of cardboard at both bottom and top. This can avoid the leakage of small scraps from the compacted bales.
Tip 6

Spread the cardboard evenly before baling can help to make denser bales.

Tip 7
When baling cardboard or waste paper by horizontal balers from Sinobaler, try to use automatic feeding devices such as conveyor or sucking device to save both time and labor cost.

Used Textile Baling

Sorting by fabric types should be the first step. Bales of the same material are more popular than the mixed ones.

Tip 9

Try to put a bag at the bottom of baling machine. A cleaner textile bale in bag will be easier to tie up afterwards.

Bottle Baling

When making whole container PET bottle bales, the automatic feeding conveyor is strongly recommended.

Tip 11

Our bottle baler can be used for processing many other materials, but thorough cleaning of the bottom is strongly recommended if you want to bale textile. There may be liquid wastes left from bottle baling which may contaminate the textile.

Do and Don'ts

Feed the material into baler evenly to produce uniform density.

Tip 13

Allow the ram to complete the stroke in every cycle.

Tip 14
Tie the bales as tightly as possible. Automatic or semi-auto pneumatic strapping tools and other devices are better alternatives compared to manual tying.
Tip 15
DON'T place any contaminated waste into the baling chamber - as it may reduce the selling price of bales and cause damage to the machine.
Tip 16
DON'T place any combustibles or pressurized vessels into a baler. If you are uncertain of the application, check with Sinobaler for suggestion first before trying.
