Three main devices for bale ejection: chain ejector, connecting bar ejector & cylinder ejector
Chain ejector: easy to produce and low fault rate, most widely used. The inconvenient part is that the worker should move to the baler back and hand up the chain every time a bale ejection is required.
Connecting bar ejector: manufacturing of this ejector is more complicated but easy to operate. When the compressing chamber is closed, the connecting bar ejector will automatically get back to the original place and no manual operation is needed.
Cylinder ejector: operator just needs to control the directional value to automatically push the bale out. The independent hydraulic system for ejecting is complex. Because of the backside positioning of cylinder, the final packaging dimension of baler with cylinder ejector is much bigger than the ones with the other two ejectors.
