Construction and working principle of hydraulic system
Construction of hydraulic system: oil cylinder, motor, pump, directional valve, overflow valve, check valve, oil tank and hydraulic oil.
Working principle: Once connected to the power, the motor drives the pump to deliver the oil in the oil tank into the cylinder, driving the cylinder move upward/downward. Before the oil gets back to the tank, it successively passes through check valve, overflow valve and directional valve. The red area in below drawing is the oil-in route, while the blue area is the oil-out route.
