Power device & Operation device
Power device includes motor and pump. The motors are classified to vertical type and horizontal type by installation method, while the pumps are classified to gear wheel pumps and piston pumps. The gear while pumps are suitable for balers with small compressing force and power, while the piston pumps are normally used for balers with big compressing force and power. Normally, balers with pressure force bigger than 50Tons are equipped with piston pumps.

Operation device: cylinder. The main parameters of cylinder are cylinder diameter, piston diameter and stroke. Single ram balers and double ram balers are two typical types of balers. The double ram provides baler more even compressing force and this design is widely used for balers with compressing force of 50T which makes min. bales of size 1000*800mm.
