Oil Leak Detection Excessive oil on the cylinder rod is a sign that
the seals should be replaced. A thin-film of oil is considered
as normal. Improper tightening or adjustment of fittings
may cause leaking problem. Finding the root that causes
leakage early can avoid serious problems for the operation
of hydraulic system. |

Relief valve is adjusted to a lower level |
During the material
compression, please adjust relief valve knob and tighten
up adjustment knob when the pressure meter is up to 8-14mpa.
If relief valve is not available for adjustment, try cleaning
it. If the problem persists, a new replacement relief valve
might be the final solution. |

Noisy operation may indicate pump cavitations |
Check whetheroil
inside the oil tank sufficient for operation;Check if there is a loosening of the import pipeline. |

Check if the sucking oil filter
is blocked. If it is, it requires replacement |
