Vertical bagging baler machines are ideal for compressing and packaging small, loose materials that would otherwise be a headache to handle and ship. In short, these vertical balers first press the materials into a compact form, and then bag the bales, ensuring easy handling and transportation.
Almost any type of loose material can be baled and bagged, making these machines ideal for pet food factories, animal bedding material factories, plant fertilizer factories, fabric manufacturers, and even some food manufacturers. These vertical bagging baler machines are also very efficient – with our equipment, one person can produce up to 30 bales per hour based on material like wood shavings. Bagged bales can weigh anywhere 44 to 66 lbs, further making handling and transportation easy (again, this can be a one-person operation if you wish it to be.)
The bag can also be removed, allowing this machine to bale other materials which do not require a bag. This makes it a very versatile machine indeed, and allows for a wide variety of uses.
