How to clean filters on Tyre Baler
There are 3 filters on a tyre (tire) baler that require regular cleaning once every year. Please refer to pictures and instructions below to locate each filters and clean filters accordingly.
1. Remove oil filler cap and drain away the hydraulic oil.
2. Remove the “access door” by removing all the screws
3. Once the “access door” is being removed, you will be able to see the suction filter in the oil tank connected to the suction tubing. Please loosen the connection and remove the suction filter.
4. Use clean diesel oil to gently remove dirt on the surface and in the filter so as to not damage the filter while cleaning.
5. After cleaning the suction filter, please reconnect the filter to suction tubing, and cover the “access door” back to the oil tank. Ensure all screws are tightly fastened.
6. Refill the oil tank with recommended hydraulic oil till reaches “Best Oil Level”.
Note: This suction filter can only be cleaned when the hydraulic oil tank is empty. Please clean filter once a year.
1. The Pressure Line Filter is divided into “A” and “B” two parts or “A”, “B”, and “C” three parts (depending on model)
2. The joint of “A” and “B” can be separate (Refer to picture above)
* To separate – turn “A” anti-clockwise
* To fix it back – turn “A” clockwise
3. After separate the “A” and “B”, you can take out the filter element.
4. Use clean diesel oil to gently remove dirt on the surface and in the filter so as to not damage the filter while cleaning. After cleaning the filter, please fix “A” and “B” back to original form.
Note: The joint point will be tight and huge force is required to rotate and separate “A” and “B”. Please clean filter once a year.
1. Unscrew the four screws and remove the cover.
2. You can now take out the filter element.
3. Use clean diesel oil to gently remove dirt on the surface and in the filter so as to not damage the filter while cleaning.
4. After cleaning the filter, please place it back and screw back the cover. Ensure all screws are tightly fastened.
Note: Please clean filter once a year.
