Step into the heart of the alfalfa farm and witness the meticulous process of transforming vibrant green fields into neatly packed bags of nature’s superfood – alfalfa. In this captivating video, we guide you through the essential steps of baling and bagging alfalfa, ensuring quality and precision at every stage.

Step 1: Connect power supply and switch on air breaker in the electrical box.

Step 2: Press “ON / Zero” on the scale weighing panel, and you can start loading alfalfa hay onto the scale till it reaches your desired weight.

Step 3: Once desired weight is achieved, you can open the feeding door and start loading the alfalfa hay on the scale into the chamber.

Step 4:Set a bag at the bale exit chute of the machine

Step 5: Ensure the feeding door is closed, and press “START” on control panel.  The machine will start the complete cycle including compressing and ram returning to home position, bale ejecting will also be carried out automatically.

Step 6: During bale ejecting process, hold the bag to prevent it from falling off from the bale exit chute.

Step 7: Once bale is completely ejected into the bag, you can proceed to seal the bag.

Repeat above steps to make another bale.
