Prepare the following necessary information:
Serial No.: Locate the 7-digit serial number on the machine's nameplate. This number allows us to quickly access all relevant information about your machine from our system.
Photos or Videos: Provide images or videos of the broken parts or new requested parts.
Part Code: If a part code has been assigned, simply send us this code.
Step 2:
