Sinobaler SHB1-O series open-end manual-tie horizontal baler is with open-end design at the exit, which allows the bales to come out in a continuous stream. Such design greatly facilitates the production efficiency because you do not need to spend time on opening or closing the exit door for ejecting each bale. In addition, with this machine you do not need to settle the strapping wire/belt in place on the chamber floor every time before making each bale, but only need to settle the strapping wire/belt one time at the very beginning, just like what you do on a fully automatic horizontal baler, greatly saving labor and increasing productivity. Compared to a normal close-end horizontal baler of same pressure force and chamber size, productivity of this machine is about 50% higher.
Bale strapping material for this machine is very flexible. You can use almost any type of strapping material like steel wire, PET strap, plastic rope, hemp rope, so on and so forth. For baling some waste or biomass materials that do not allow for wire tying but limited to certain type of strapping belt, this machine is very suitable choice if you require big productivity.
Due to the open-end design, this machine is not ideal choice for baling hollow plastic products such as PET bottles, HDPE container etc. unless you can accept low bale density. However, it is very suitable for baling almost all other types of solid material including paper, cardboard, plastic film, soft packaging, hay, straw, fiber, etc. For production facilities that have big volume of solid waste internally generated and thus require efficient way of baling or for middle-scale recycling facilities, this series baler is a good choice. It is much more efficient than a normal close-end manual-tie baler and meanwhile is more labor-saving. Compared to a fully automatic horizontal baler, cost of this machine is much less, which is helpful for recyclers who just start the business and has limited budget for the investment.
