Warranty & After Sales
Our balers are fully guaranteed for 13 months from the shipping date. Within this standard warranty period, we will provide free replacement components (excluding wear parts) for any malfunction due to manufacturer’s defect. We will also provide technical support for the life of the machine.
Production Lead Time
All the SHBA2 series are built to order, and do require a lead time, which is 65 business days upon receiving down payment (excluding public holidays in China).
Installation
Our sales staff is extremely well-trained, and can help familiarize you with your new Sinobaler, as well as walk you through setup and operation techniques. Onsite installation, training, and maintenance services can also be arranged if you wish (additional cost may apply).
