Now let us demonstrate how easy the machine is to operate, using cardboard factory waste baling as an example.
Step 1 — Material Loading
After the power supply is properly connected, cardboard waste are manually loaded into the baler chamber through the front door until the chamber is full.
Step 2 — Door Closing & Safety Lock
The operator closes the chamber door and lock it securely for safety.
Step 3 — Hydraulic Compression
The hydraulic ram moves downward to compress materials into a dense and compact bale.
Multiple compression cycles can be applied to achieve maximum density and higher bale weight.
Watch pressure gauge. They will tell you when the compression reach the optimized pressure. As soon as the optimal pressure is reached, raising the platen and allow the continual loading.
Step 4 — Bale Tying
When the bale is completed or the target bale size is reached, you can begin to tie the bale using straps or wires
- Tying slots allow safe and easy bale securing
Step 5 — Bale Ejection
The chain bale ejector lifts the chain upward to automatically eject the finished bale.
Step 6 — Ready for Next Cycle
The chamber resets automatically, allowing continuous and efficient baling operation.
