PET Bottle Press Machine/ PET Bottle Baling Press
PET bottle is one of the most popular recycling materials in the waste recycling world. The whole PET bottle recycling line normally starts from PET bottle bales. But how to make these dense PET bottle bales? PET bottle press machine or baling press can help.
What is a PET bottle press machine or PET baling press?
PET bottle press machine or PET baling press is compressing machine that uses hydraulic system to press PET bottles into dense bales. The compressing force can be vertical or horizontal. So vertical baler and horizontal baler are both available for PET bottle baling.
Long stroke baler is a typical vertical PET bottle baler. This machine uses vertical compressing force to press PET bottles into dense bales. Long stroke cylinder design makes sure the maximum compressing in the chamber. So the bale can be tighter than normal length cylinder baler.
Manual-tie horizontal baler and fully automatic horizontal baler are both available for baling PET bottles. They use horizontal force to compress PET bottles into tight bales. The output can be much higher than vertical long stroke baler.
PET bottle press machine or PET bottle baling press in PET bottle recycling line
PET bottle recycling system consists of many recycling machines. But PET bottle press machine is only the start because it makes PET bottle bales for easy transportation to recycling facility. Then bale breaker will open the PET bottle bales to allow them to be easily sorted. Screener can remove caps and other things. Sorting belt is for manual sorting of bottles by type and color. Metal detector can detect metal that remain in the bottles. Washer removes some of the contamination like remnant liquids and washes the PET bottles. Shredder and granulator can reduce PET bottles into much smaller particles. Dryer can dewater of PET flakes. Zig-zag classifier can separate the labels and fines.
